Darke Heating began in 1974 when Harry Darke started his own business after years in the trade. After moving to Dundonald, north of Colborne, he built the company on dependable local service.

Dennis Darke grew up in the business, later earning licences in oil, natural gas, propane, and refrigeration, along with training in heat loss and gain, duct design, and ventilation. He became a partner in 1985, took over the business in 1989, and continued it as Darke Heating Limited.

Today, Darke Heating continues to serve the area from 11 Earl Street in Colborne with the same practical, service-first approach.
